Spring term Clerk Briefing sessions

We look forward to welcoming you to the spring term Clerks Briefing sessions in January 2012, jointly run by Essex Governor Services and the Essex Clerks' Association.

The agenda for the sessions can be found on the Good Practice page of the website - this term's briefing includes a look at the spring term agenda, as well as updates on key areas including the new Ofsted framework (presentations by the Area Improvement Managers) and a look the implications of the Equalities Act 2010.

The latest ECA briefing paper focuses on the New Ofsted framework. The briefing paper will be distributed at the meeting and later published on the ECA website.

There will be five meetings at different locations around the county, starting at varying times. Do join colleagues for half an hour for a coffee before the meeting, if you would like to network. The meetings are:

Wickford Centre             Wednesday 11 January     2.00 pm - 4.00 pm

Harlow Centre                Wednesday 18 January     2.00 pm - 4.00 pm

Wickford Centre             Monday 23 January           7.00 pm - 9.00 pm
